RETURNS POLICY
At our hydroponics supplies store, we are committed to providing you with a hassle-free shopping experience, including our Shipping & Returns Policy.

If you change your mind about a purchase, we offer a 30-day returns policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.

You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as the invoice or receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at tonygarden3020@gmail.com. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, and the item must be sent to the following address: 54 Baldwin Ave, Sunshine North, VIC 3020.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, so we can assess the issue and rectify it as soon as possible. For safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for certain items, such as those that are hazardous, flammable or sharp , perishable goods such as food. If the item is eligible for a return, we will process your refund as soon as possible, typically within 5-7 business days.
